I am Domingos Savio, before any information, I am a son, father, brother and husband, Graduated in Business Administration and Post-graduated in Logistics Management, with 26 years of industrial experience in the area of PCP and Production Management, working in Production Coordinator and PCP positions in medium and large national and multinational companies.
Acting with leadership and participation in cost reduction projects, process improvement using Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing methodologies and reuse of inputs / waste. Experience in monitoring project activities, aiming to meet deadlines, costs and product quality until its release to the customer. Acting with process improvement, resulting in task optimization, cost reduction and productivity increase. Experience in leading, coordinating and supervising teams and their activities, with a systemic view of the processes involved in the sectors, enabling strategic action to achieve the proposed results.
I have a proactive attitude and analytical profile focused on results, in addition to enjoying working in challenging environments. I am considered by my co-workers as someone with organization, commitment and ease in resolving conflicts, constantly seeking the technical training of the productive team. Always up to date with new trends and technologies.
